Our strategy and projects

We’re the only UK funder solely focused on research into osteoporosis. We know that research holds the key to a better future for the more than three and a half million people in the UK affected by the condition.

We aim to bring about real improvements to the lives of people living with osteoporosis and are committed to investing money and supporting research that will have maximum impact in the future.

Our research programme is highly regarded within the osteoporosis research community, alongside our ‘Best Practise’ rating by the Association of Medical Research Charities (AMRC), and adheres to our animals in research policy.
