Our network of support groups
Our support groups deliver events either face-to-face or online. You can attend any support group meeting, you do not have to attend your nearest group and you can attend meetings by more than one group.
With online meetings, you can join from anywhere. If there is an event that looks interesting regardless of the location of the group hosting the online meeting, you are welcome to join us. There may be some elements of localised information discussed in the meeting, but our online meetings are open to all regardless of location. Please see our online meetings page for full details of upcoming topics.
Find your nearest group
Please use the map below to see where our support groups meet, and which is the most accessible for you.
Our groups each have their own web page with details of their upcoming meetings and contact details. You can connect with your local group by email. Our groups do not have their own phone numbers.
If a group is not listed in your local area, this unfortunately means we do not currently have a group nearby. Please contact Volunteering & Public Engagement if you have any questions:

A map showing locations of ROS Support Groups
The map shows the location of support groups across the UK. Groups who are currently holding meetings are marked with a blue pin. Orange pins show where we have volunteers working to set up a group, and would welcome helpers. Anyone is welcome to attend any support group meeting, you do not have to attend your nearest group, and can attend meetings by more than one group. If there isn’t a group in your area, check out our online meetings.
