Our network of support groups

Our support groups deliver events either face-to-face or online. You can attend any support group meeting, you do not have to attend your nearest group and you can attend meetings by more than one group.

With online meetings, you can join from anywhere. If there is an event that looks interesting regardless of the location of the group hosting the online meeting, you are welcome to join us. There may be some elements of localised information discussed in the meeting, but our online meetings are open to all regardless of location. Orange pins show where we have volunteers working to set up a group, and would welcome helpers.
