Winchester Support Group

The Winchester support group is a team of volunteers who offer people affected with osteoporosis the chance to meet other people in the area similarly affected, get information, support and ask questions about osteoporosis treatment and care.

Programme 2025

Meetings are held in a friendly atmosphere for support and information. Family, friends and guests are all welcome.

Tuesday 4 March, 2.30pm (St Peters Centre)

CAMEO: Come and meet everyone. Come and ask your questions and meet new friends 

Wednesday 2 July, 7pm (St Peters Centre)

"Annual Medical Update" Dr Neil Buchanan, Rheumatology Consultant, Hampshire Hospitals

Tuesday 14 October, 3pm (St Peters Centre)

"Physical Activity, Bone Health and Falls" George Mathew, Chartered Physiotherapist – Trauma & Orthopaedics, Basingstoke & North Hants Hospital.
