Scotland Volunteer Team

The Scotland-wide group is a group of volunteers who offer people affected with osteoporosis the chance to meet other people in the area similarly affected, get information, support and ask questions about osteoporosis treatment and care.

Thursday 18 April, 7pm (Online)

ROS Ambassador and former 'Great British Bake Off' contestant, Val Stones, shares some of her bone-friendly recipes and her experiences of having osteoporosis and the 'Bake Off'. We will watch a video by Val, and she will join us for questions at the end. Donations for the ROS are welcome - you can donate on Eventbrite. 

Tuesday 19 November 7pm (Online)

Join us online for a presentation on Falls Prevention by Janet Thomas, Lead Physiotherapist, at the Queen Margaret Hospital in Dunfermline.
