Norfolk and Suffolk Volunteer Team

Norfolk and Suffolk Volunteer Team is a group of volunteers who offer people affected with osteoporosis the chance to meet other people in the area similarly affected, get information, support and ask questions about osteoporosis treatment and care.

We are working on our programme of events for 2025 and hope to announce these soon. Keep an eye on this page for details, or complete our online form to stay in touch and to be sent details of events in your area.

Our events are normally held online and have previously included talks on exercise for falls prevention, podiatry, yoga and a medical update by an osteoporosis consultant.

Venue: All meetings take place online unless specified in programme.

Time: 7.30pm unless specified in programme.
