Liverpool Support Group

The Liverpool Support Group is a team of volunteers who offer people affected with osteoporosis the chance to meet other people in the area similarly affected, get information, support and ask questions about osteoporosis treatment and care.

Programme 2025

We are working on our programme of events for 2025 and hope to announce these soon. Keep an eye on this page for details, or complete our online form to stay in touch and to be sent details of events in your area.

Previous events have included a medical update, a talk on nutrition and bone health, and a talk by a phychologist about stress management.

Venue: Edwards Building, Royal Liverpool University Hospital, off Pembroke Place, Liverpool L7 8XP.

The Edwards Building is just around the corner from the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre. Buses operate to the hospital, and it is only a short walk from the old hospital entrance.

Time: 2pm

Admission: Free. We will be unable to provide refreshments, however it is possible to get drinks at the café within the Clatterbridge Hospital which is open until 4pm.
