Leeds Support Group
The Leeds Support Group is a team of volunteers who offer people affected with osteoporosis the chance to meet other people in the area similarly affected, get information, support and ask questions about osteoporosis treatment and care.

ROS Ambassador and former 'Great British Bake Off' contestant, Val Stones, shares some of her bone-friendly recipes and her experiences of having osteoporosis and the 'Bake Off'. We will watch a video by Val, and she will join us for questions at the end. Donations for the ROS are welcome - you can donate on Eventbrite. This is a Yorkshire wide event, so please encourage friends and family to join.

Coffee and chat
Wednesday 4 September, 2pm (at Mill Hill Chapel, City Square, Leeds LS1 5EB)
This is an in person event. We will show an online presentation from the ROS Helpline Nurses, and will link with a nurse for a virtual Q&A session.
Refreshments will be available and there will be the opportunity to chat with other attendees. Please RSVP to leedsvolunteers@theros.org.uk if you hope to attend so we have an idea of numbers.

All coffee and chat sessions will be held in the second floor Café at the Leeds Playhouse, Playhouse Square, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UP. Look out for volunteers wearing orange ROS lanyards.
Time: Unless specified otherwise, all coffee and chat meetings start at 11am and online meetings start at 2pm
