Glasgow and District Support Group
The Glasgow and District Support Group is a team of volunteers who offer people affected with osteoporosis the chance to meet other people in the area similarly affected, get information, support and ask questions about osteoporosis treatment and care.

A talk by Dr Mavroeidi - Head of Nutrition at Glasgow Caledonian University, specialising in nutrition, exercise and bone health

A talk by Craig Mather, Clinical Lead in Oral Surgery, NHSGGC at Glasgow Dental Hospital.

A talk from Scottish Power about the services they offer

Join us for chat, Christmas cheer and an informal, light Christmas lunch.
Christmas jumpers, hats and other festive wear are very welcome.
