Garstang Support Group
The Garstang Support Group is a team of volunteers who offer people affected with osteoporosis the chance to meet other people in the area similarly affected, get information, support and ask questions about osteoporosis treatment and care.

Friday 6 September, 2.30pm (in the main room of Garstang Arts Centre, The Old Grammar School, Croston Road Garstang PR3 1EB)
Understanding your osteoporosis diagnosis and some information about muscle strengthening exercises. Refreshments will be provided.
Upcoming for 2025:
Tuesday 11 February, 10am-12pm (at Garstang Arts Centre Cafe, The Old Grammar School, Croston Road, Garstang,Lancashire PR3 1EB)
Coffee and catch-up, with a short quiz afterwards on the topic of bone health. Refreshments can be purchased at the cafe.
