Belfast Volunteer Team
The Belfast Volunteer Team is a group of volunteers who offer people affected with osteoporosis the chance to meet other people in the area similarly affected, get information, support and ask questions about osteoporosis treatment and care.

Exercises and dance routines from the ROS Website - a chance to look at what's available

Bone Up Awareness Conference
Speakers include Professor Dr David Armstrong, Consultant Rheumatologist and Cathy McKeown, Clinical Lead Physiotherapist
Wednesday 25 September, 2pm (at the Community Room, Tesco, 170 Newtownbreda Road, Belfast BT8 6PZ)
Chris McKenna and Margaret McAdoo from the Belfast Trust will give a talk on Falls Prevention, Strength and Balance. Patricia McCormick will also share some useful advice about Yoga and Bone Health.
Sunday 20 October, 2pm (at Stormont, Belfast)
Join us to take part in a 2 mile sponsored walk raising money for the ROS.
Due to a severe weather warning, we have sadly decided to cancel the walk.
Venue: Meetings are held in person at the Community Room, Tesco Store, 170 Newtownbreda Road, Belfast BT8 6PZ
Time: 2pm-4.30pm
Admission: Free, refreshments available.
