Our network of support groups

Our support groups deliver events either face-to-face or online. You can attend any support group meeting, you do not have to attend your nearest group, and you can attend meetings by more than one group.

With online meetings, you can join from anywhere. If there is an event that looks interesting regardless of the location of the group hosting the online meeting, you are welcome to join us. There may be some elements of localised information discussed in the meeting, but our online meetings are open to all regardless of location.

Please check out our online meetings page for full details of upcoming topics.

Find your nearest support group

Please use the map below to see where our support groups meet and which one is most accessible for you.

Blue pins mark groups that are currently holding meetings. Orange pins show where volunteers are working to set up a group and would welcome extra help. Red pins indicate groups that are currently taking a break.

Click on a pin to see basic group details. For more information about each group, see the A–Z list below the map. Each group has its own web page with details of upcoming meetings and contact information. You can get in touch with your local group by email. Please note that groups don’t have individual phone numbers.

If there isn’t a group listed in your local area, it means we don’t currently have one nearby.

Starting your own group

If you can't see your local group listed and would be interested in starting a group, please contact our Volunteering and Public Engagement team to find out more, or if you have any questions at: volunteerengagement@theros.org.uk
